This Privacy Policy covers the services (including all services, and websites to which this Privacy Policy is posted, the "Services") operated by VSOUL.AI INC. and its affiliates (collectively, "VSOUL AI", "we", "us" and/or "our").

Personal Information We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages

We have pages on social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, and YouTube ("Social Media Pages"). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Information that you choose to provide to us, such as your contact details ("Social Information"). In addition, the companies hosting our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages, which may include information about your engagement with our social media content.

Personal Information We Collect Automatically From Your Use of the Service

When you visit, use, and interact with the Service, we may collect certain information about your visit, use, or interactions ("Technical Information"). We may convert the collected dialogue text data into anonymous data points and visualizations, and use it in non-profit academic cooperation with certified* academic institutions, academic conferences, journal publications and other scholarly activities.

*Certified academic institutions refer to universities and research institutes that have been officially recognized. Researchers working in these institutions have received professional academic training and have a specialized understanding of data security and privacy protection.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

In certain circumstances, we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law, as set forth below:

  • Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share personal information with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information in the course of performing their duties to us.

5. Age Requirement

If you are under 13 years old OR if you are an EU citizen or resident under 16 years old, you are not authorized to register to use the Services. Our Services are not directed to children who are under the age of 13, regardless of location, or children under 16 who are located in a European Union Member State. VSOUL AI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13, or a child under the age of 16 who is located in a European Union Member State, has provided Personal Information to us through the Services, please email us at support@VSOUL.ai and we will promptly take appropriate steps to investigate.

6. Links to Third Party Websites and Services

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by us, including social media services ("Third Party Sites"). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By including these links in the course of providing the Services, we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. You use the Services at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. In particular, e-mails sent to or from us may not be secure. In addition, we are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services, or Third Party Sites.

By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information may be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in the United States (particularly in Texas) and our facilities and servers in the United Kingdom.

In certain circumstances providing Personal Information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Information that is needed to use some features of our Services, you may be unable to use those features. Verification

In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may require you to verify your identity before you can submit a request to know or delete Personal Information. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not provide or delete your Personal Information as applicable.

Authorized Agent

You may submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity.

Our Services and/or business activities may change from time to time. As a result, we may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do so, we will post a revised version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law.
